By downloading, accessing, or using the Soulmate app ("the App", "Soulmate", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, Data Collection Policy, and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, please do not use the App. Continued use of Soulmate after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Soulmate is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may not create an account or use the App.

You must also be a human — accounts registered by bots, scripts, or other automated methods are not permitted. You may only create one personal account for yourself; accounts are non-transferable.

When you create an account on Soulmate, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Soulmate will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Soulmate is designed to help couples capture, celebrate, and relive their shared memories. You may use the App for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

• Saving and sharing memories, photos, and notes with your partner
• Using games and interactive features as designed
• Managing your relationship profile and milestones
• Contacting support for genuine account or technical issues

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Soulmate. Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law.

• Uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or that violates any applicable law
• Sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or endangers minors — this will be immediately reported to law enforcement
• Using the App to harass, bully, stalk, threaten, or harm any individual
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the App
• Attempting to access another user's account without their explicit consent
• Introducing malware, viruses, or any other malicious code into the App or its infrastructure
• Using the App for any commercial solicitation, spam, or pyramid schemes
• Impersonating any person, entity, or Soulmate staff member
• Using the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
• Infringing on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Soulmate — your photos, notes, memories, and any other materials ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant Soulmate a limited, non-exclusive licence solely to store, display, and deliver Your Content to you and your connected partner within the App.

We do not claim ownership of Your Content, and we will not use it for any commercial purpose or share it with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. See our Data Collection Policy for full details.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. Soulmate reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

Soulmate offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). Prices are displayed clearly in the App before purchase.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Soulmate to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review it before subscribing.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App settings. Upon deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Soulmate reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, without notice or liability, if we believe you have violated these Terms. In cases involving illegal activity, we may also preserve and disclose relevant data to law enforcement as required.

Upon termination for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soulmate and its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or emotional distress — arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

We are not responsible for any inconvenience, disruption, or loss arising from technical issues, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the App or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision.

Your continued use of Soulmate after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App before the changes take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
